Shatec was awesome yet inspiring. Nevertheless, the Pastry & Baking course really caught my attention. It was attracting and fun in watching the students there perform their tasks. And also, we got the opportunity to make our own fruit tartlet after the demonstration itself. It was delicious eventhough it looks simple. Everyone was so excited and amazed.
